What is the process of reserving a new Toyota?

It's actually pretty simple. Start by checking out our incoming inventory to see if we already have something that fits. If not just let us know what you are looking for HERE (make this a form link)

Is there an extra cost for reserving a new Toyota?

Nope, not here. You may select an option or two that will change the price but there is no fee for reserving your new Toyota.

How long will it take for my vehicle to arrive?

This is where it gets a little tricky. Wait time vary dramatically between models and even sometimes trim levels. For your specific vehicle we will need to talk.

Can I lock in my rate and payment?

Once we have a specific vehicle secured for you we can lock in any promotional rates Toyota offers.

What if the rates get better before my car gets here?

That's the best part. You get to choose the best program for you: Whether at the time you reserve the car or when it arrives.

Can I trade my current car?

This is just like the rate. Once we have a vehicle secured we would be happy to appraise your trade and lock in a value. You just need to promise to keep it clean for us until we get it back.

What if I change my mind?

We understand that life happens fast so until we secure a vehicle and provide you with a full vehicle identification number you deposit is 100% refundable. Once we have your vehicle locked up the deposit will be applied as a partial payment and would no longer be refundable.
