The 2022 Venza delivers an intuitive during experience with smooth acceleration, predictable handling and low noise, vibration and harshness, all wrapped in a sophisticated design. For 2022 the Venza is offered in 5 packages and includes a host of available tech-focused features like a 12.3 inch touchscreen display with nine JBL speakers, 7-inch multi-information display, digital rear-view mirror and 10-inch color Head-Up Display. Other available features include Star Gaza fixed panoramic glass roof and heated and ventilated front seats. Because the Venza is built on version of the Toyota New Global Architecture K platform that underpins some of the company's sedans and crossovers the 2022 Venza is able to offer the best of both worlds: a sedan-like driving comfort and CUV versatility!
The new-generation Toyota Hybrid System in the 2022 Venza combines a high-efficiency 2.5-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine with three electric motors. This system delivers 219 total system horsepower along with a projected preliminary manufacturer-estimated 40 combined MPG. Three selectable driving modes (Normal, Eco and Sport) allow the driver to dictate their experience in the moment, while an EV mode provides electric-only driving for at low speeds for short distances. Add in the standard Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive, and you have a hybrid CUV that is prepared to conquer any road trip.
The 2022 Venza provides the safety that you have come to expect from Toyota. It comes equipped with eight airbags, including side curtain airbags. Toyota’s Star Safety System includes Enhanced Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and Smart Stop Technology (SST). The Venza also features standard active safety technologies like Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA), integrated backup camera with projected path and dynamic gridlines, and Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.0 (TSS 2.0).
