Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of services at our center, from tire changes to brake repairs to battery replacements! Visit our Service Department page to learn more about our services!

Q: What are your service department hours?
A: We are open Monday-Friday 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 7 AM to 4 PM! Our service center is closed on Sunday!

Q: Do you offer Express Service? 
A: Yes, we offer Toyota Express Maintenance that helps keep you moving! Express maintenance includes oil and filter changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, multi-point inspections and fluid inspections!

Q: What is ToyotaCare?
A:  ToyotaCare is a no cost maintenance plan with 24-hour roadside assistance. The ToyotaCare plan covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. 24-hour roadside assistance is also included for 2 years and unlimited miles. Contact us to learn more!

Q: Can I schedule a service appointment online?
A: Yes, for your convenience, you can always schedule a service appointment online any time, in our Service and Parts tab!

Q: How often should I get my air filters replaced?
A: The typical recommendation is every 15,000 - 30,000 miles but it is dependent on your make and model. Feel free to refer to your owners manual or give us a call if you are unsure!

Q: Can I get my state inspection and emissions completed here?
A: Yes - our service center is equipped to complete both your inspection and emissions testing!

Q: My car needs new tires, do you sell tires?
A: Yes, we have a tire center with a variety of tires to choose from! Visit or give us a call today to assistance on finding the best tires for your vehicle.

Q: How often should I get my oil changed?
A: Experts recommend changing it every 7,500 miles but we also recommend referring to your owners manual to see the best service schedule for your specific make and model.

Q: How often do I need to get my coolant flushed?
A: We recommend flushing your coolant every 15,000 to 45,000 miles but we also recommend referring to your vehicles owner manual as that will have a maintenance schedule specific to your make and model.

Q: When do I need to get my brake fluid changed?
A: Our service experts recommend every 50,000 miles but also recommended referring to your vehicles owner manual as that will contain a maintenance schedule specific to your make and model.

Q: How do I schedule an oil change?
A: You can schedule an oil change or call our dealership to make an appointment.

Q: I don't own a Toyota but would still like to service my vehicle at your Service Center. Will you work on other brands?
A: Yes, we'll service all vehicles no matter the make or model! Schedule your service online or give us a call!


Q: Can I switch to synthetic oil or a different grade?
A: We recommend you check the owner’s manual to see which oil grade is best for your car. Usually, switching to synthetic oil is not an issue but sometimes, it’s not the best practice for older vehicles. You can contact our service department to ensure that the oil grade you’re using is right for your car.


Q: Is the service center open on Sundays?
A: We are closed on Sundays, but open Monday through Saturday. Contact our service team to see how we can help you!


Q: Why are my brakes making strange noises?
A: If your brakes are making strange noises, it's a sign that brake repair is needed. Contact our team to see how we can help you or to schedule service.

Q: Why is my check engine light on?
A: Your check engine light could be on for several reasons from a loose fuel cap to a major engine failure. It's important to have your vehicle serviced as soon as possible. Contact our team to see how we can help you! 

Q: When should I replace my car's timing belt?
A:
The timing belt replacement interval varies by vehicle make and model. It is generally recommended to replace the timing belt every 60,000 to 100,000 miles or as specified in your vehicle's maintenance schedule.

Q: Can you perform tire rotations and balancing?
A:
Yes, we offer tire rotation and balancing services to ensure even tire wear and a smooth ride. Regular tire rotations are recommended every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.

Q: How often should I flush and replace my car's coolant?
A:
The coolant flush and replacement interval depends on your vehicle's make and model. As a general guideline, coolant should be replaced every 30,000 to 50,000 miles or every 2 to 5 years.
