Buying a new or pre-owned vehicle is an exciting process! To make the process less stressful, quicker and all around easier we’ve created a simple check list to help make sure you are prepared and if you have any questions our highly trained Sales and Finance Teams are here to assist!
What can you send BEFORE you pick up your new vehicle?
- A copy of your Driver License
- Proof of Insurance including coverage for your new vehicle (Ask your Sales Associate for the VIN number)

What you can do if we are taking care of your financing?
- Make sure your credit is not frozen.
- Be prepared to address a fraud alert if you have placed one with any of the credit reporting agencies.
- Complete our secure Online Credit Application
If you are paying with a personal check?
- We require a credit pull for the check signer.
- Make sure your credit is not frozen.
If you are making a down payment by credit card?
- We have a $3,000 maximum policy for credit card transactions per vehicle purchase.
If you are trading in a vehicle?
- Bring your title and / or current registration.
- Bring all sets of keys
If you are purchasing a NEW Toyota?
- We recommend you download the TOYOTA OWNERS app on their smart phone prior to picking up the vehicle. This allows for the full use of vehicle features during delivery.
